با این برنامه میتوانید برای کارهای خود برنامه ریزی هفتگی و ساعتی انجام دهید.

You can set up to 16 Alarms for each day of the week, to remind you of important matters during the working day on your computer.

The alarm time has to be entered in 24 hour (military) format.

Each of the 16 alarm times can be assigned with an individual message, which will be displayed when the alarm fires.

To actually set the alarm, you have to check the "Set" checkbox for each alarm you wish to activate, or uncheck it to deactivate it.

The sound signal can be switched off by clicking the Loudspeaker Symbol in the upper right corner of the dialog window.

You can toggle between sound played repeatedly until message box is closed, and sound played only once by clicking the last item in the system menue.

If you would like to hear a different from the built-in sound, you can place your own WAV-file into the program folder. It must have the filename "alarm.wav".

The program starts with the tab of the present day of the week selected, so you can see at a glance what appointments you have on this day.

If you leave your PC switched on over midnight, the program changes to the next day correctly, but attention: an alarm set to 00:00 (midnight) will not be played!

You can copy the dates of one weekday tab to another, several or all of the other weekday tabs, to save time, when there are several appointments at the same hour on several days. To do so, check the weekday checkboxes on the lower border of the window, that you wish to copy the dates of the present tab to, then click "Apply".

The program window can be moved to the system tray, so it won't get in the way. The alarm windows come popping up at the selected times all the same, and cannot be covered with other program windows, so it is made sure that you notice them.

When you use Week Scheduler often, I recommend putting a link to the program into your Autostart folder, so the program is started automatically each time you start up your computer. To make it start up iconized (as an icon in the System Tray), you can check "Start Iconized" in the system menue (click the icon in the upper left corner of the program window, or press Alt + Space).

All settings are permanent, that is, they are saved into an ini-file on program shutdown and when the Window gets iconized.

That ini-file is called "WScheduler.ini" and is located in your Windows directory. To get rid of the program, you just have to delete the folder containing the program and that ini-file.
